Lola Pug came into my world thanks, in huge part, to her Grandma.
The little boozer was not only chosen by her Grandma and me, but was also babysat, coddled and checked in on by her Grandma for the first few months, while I lead a rather consuming corporate life.
Grandma Su loved to sit in a rocking chair on the screened-in porch at the cottage in the summer, and she loved her Grandpug.
We lost Lola’s Grandma two months ago today, and we miss her so very much.
All of our love to you, Su P Su, and many, many doggie (and puggie) slobbery kisses to you at the Rainbow Bridge.
Sending you a big hug and lots of slobbery kisses from the kids.

My Gampy helped to take care of me at the beginning of my life so he has a special place in my heart. I can’t imagine him not around to give kisses to, so I know how hard this must be for you, Lola. I am here for you. I pray that all the wonderful memories help to comfort you and your mum.
Love,
Payton

Payton – sorry for the tardy reply. Yes. We all miss mama’s mum a whole lot. I was really good at snuggling her when she started to feel bad, and even though I was all stressed when she felt bad, I miss her tonnes now. Mama does, too. But we’re lucky to have someone so awesome to miss!

Words just aren’t enough. Snuggle your mom to remind her how much love is still surrounding all of you.

I try to smother her, but it doesn’t always help. I sure stick close to mama when she’s not feeling so happy, though! We pugs are sensitive beings.
