The Pug in nature never fails to amuse me. I can’t help but imagine ancient, wild herds of pugs – thousands strong – terrorising Chinese villages…striking fear into the hearts of the beasts of the northern plains…their collective snorts echoing from miles away.
Heh. As if.
Lola truly loves nothing more than being on adventures with her people on the (dry) tundra and in the (dry) forests, but, really. If there ever was a dog who knew they belonged on a satin-draped lap in a royal court, it’s the pug.
She still cuts a fine figure among the old evergreens, though, no?
